Buying or selling human body parts is a federal felony. (42 U.S. Code 274e)
The commercial traffick of body parts from an aborted baby is punishable by up to 10 years in prison and/or a fine of up to $500,000. (42 U.S. Code 289g-2)
It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly acquire, receive, or otherwise transfer any human fetal tissue for valuable consideration. ( 42 U.S. Code 289g-2)
The Center for Medical Progress (CMP) continues its noble work to expose Planned Parenthood’s body parts flea market. The head of CMP, David Daleiden, is undeterred by the California Department of Justice’s raid on his home and subsequent indictment of him and his associate Sandra Merritt for secretly recording conversations with members of Planned Parenthood’s sales staff in California. Daleiden’s indictment on fifteen felony charges by California Attorney General Xavier Becerra has not stopped CMP from unmasking the criminal activities of Planned Parenthood; CMP just released a video that shows Planned Parenthood’s Mary Gatter (she continues her pursuit of a Lamborghini) negotiating a price per “specimen” for body parts.
In the video, a journalist poses as a buyer from Biomax who is looking to partner with a Planned Parenthood facility to obtain body parts from murdered babies. The journalist feigns frustration about being unable to find a Planned Parenthood facility in California who is not already partnered up with a buyer. The journalist tells Gatter, “The problem we’re having is that you know, the California affiliates are all already partnered up with somebody.” Gatter and one of her colleagues let the journalist know that there is one facility in Pasadena unattached to a buyer that could provide internal organs for a price, but they are concerned that the volume is not there because the Pasadena facility only averages about twenty homicides per week. Planned Parenthood has 110 abortion mills in California, and only one is not part of an agreement with a “laboratory” to transfer baby parts for cash; unbelievable.
As the conversation between the undercover journalist and Gatter progresses, she informs him that “we may have to make sure that your staff who are on site are credentialed, privileges, whatever, background checks and all that stuff. You know, you have to pay for the use of the space.” Gatter and her fellow Democrats/Atheists at Planned Parenthood have apparently thought about a better way to conceal their evil, nefarious activities; let an outside “lab technician” harvest the organs and make it appear as if the cash exchanged is for rent payments. Gatter haggles over the “rent” because the bogus buyer only offers $50 per specimen, she wants $75. Although the two parties disagree on price, Gatter is confident a deal will happen.
The United States Code is very explicit about the illegality of the commercial transfer and acquisition of body parts from aborted babies, so clearly Planned Parenthood facilities in California are in violation of federal law. United States Attorney General Jeff Sessions should pursue indictments of Gatter, her colleagues, and the entities purchasing body parts in California.
